Each foal is welcomed into a nurturing environment and guided through life stages with compassionate human companionship, ensuring they understand kindness and respect right from the start. At DYD, we're dedicated to breeding top quality Drum horses and providing intimate care and training from birth.

The Drum horse boasts a rich heritage across England, Ireland, and Scotland, blending Gypsy Cob, Shire, and Clydesdale lineage. I strive to uphold the traditional UK standards for this magnificent breed. Historically, these noble steeds were bred to bear the weight of two 90-pound drums, rider, and tack with poise during parades amidst bustling crowds. In Europe, the Drum horse is recognized as a distinct breed, and our efforts in the States aim to establish it as such.
